Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to add additional items. It prevents misplaced and incomplete orders. The order is in the processing stage once you submit payment.
A store credit will be issued for any product returned within 10 days of receiving a 365Brooklyn package. If we receive a empty container, no credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds.
Do you provide International delivery?
International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your order contact us within 5 days. Send the product back to us within 10 days of receiving a 365Brooklyn package and a credit (not including shipping cost) will be issued upon receipt.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied, send back the unused product for an online credit. If we receive an empty container you will not receive a credit. If your products is damaged send a photo of the item and you will be sent a new item.
